High Standard

I have worked closely with Bright Commercial Cleaners for over 3 years. They cover all my ad hoc and planned cleaning tasks inside the store, the work is of a high standard with no reasons to request a return visit.

In a fast paced retail business, feedback is crucial and received in a timely manner. BCC provide site audit photographic reports for all cleaning tasks which is a great help when explaining to senior managers, this highlights the quantity and quality of the work.

Pablo is always available and if not answering the phone or email immediately will always return a call. Dani is prompt with answering queries and subsequent invoicing.

BCC undertake all instore cleaning, builders cleans, sparkle cleans before new store opening, external gutter cleaning where excessive height is not an issue, jet washing, trolley bay cleaning and gum clearance.

International visits are always hard to please everyone, but we have achieved this with these stores.
